As the person responsible for devices, I would like to enter the name, manufacturer and model so that the device can be found in the catalog.
**Definition of Done:**
* Required fields (name, manufacturer) are validated (must not be empty)
* The "Model" field suggests existing manufacturer models (autocomplete)
* The data is successfully saved in the database
