Welcome to OpenProject!
Feel free to look around and get to know the different modules.
If you run into any trouble, feel free to contact the members of the Tooling Group (Katja Pautz, Laura Hellmann, Elias Scheller, Tjark Darius).

The most important part for now is to see whether you can see all the projects (e.g. Tools, Medical Application, Specification, Presentation etc.) you are assigned to.

After this focus especially on:

• Work packages (this is good for an overview of all the tasks; everywhere)

• Wiki (this is for documentation; only in the main project)

• Team Planner (this is for planning the week for each team member; only in the team projects)

• Forum (this is for general questions that could be important for everyone [so that one does not have to scroll through the whole element chat]; only in the main project)

• Boards (this is for tracking the status of the tasks; everywhere)

• Gantt charts (milestone overview with critical path [tracking of important tasks and their impact on follow-ups]; everywhere)

There are also more modules (e.g. Meetings, Repository, Documents etc) with some currently not activated. You can find out more about these in our presentation (StudIP) and later also in the OpenProject Walkthrough (AcademicCloud Cloud)
