* Use the relevant Word [template](https://projects.academiccloud.de/api/v3/attachments/49811/content) for your volume, which differs depending on the publication type (i.e. a single volume for two parts or separate volumes). * The section and page breaks should help keeping the formatting and pagination intact; follow the tips for using the formatting features of Word. * The content list is formatted as a table; make sure to keep the formatting uniform while adding new lines to the table. * Before finalizing the content list, check if the font sizes and the formatting of the cells are uniform throughout the table. * Add/remove other lists (tables, figures, etc.) as necessary. * Save the file and name it following the example structures: “Contents\_CMO1-I-11a\_Transcription” / “Contents\_CMO1-I-11b\_Commentary”. * Convert the Word file to PDF and close it. * Open the PDF of the frontmatter that you prepared with additional metadata. * Add the PDF of the (content) list to the end of the frontmatter and save the file and name it following the example structures: “CMO1-I-11a\_Transcription” / “CMO1-I-11b\_Commentary”. This will be the main file to which you will be adding following sections and chapters.
