*   Merge the PDFs of individual pieces in one file and name it following the example structure: “Transcriptions\_CMO1-I-11a\_Transcription”.
*   Open the PDF you titled “CMO1-I-11a\_Transcription”, add or remove blank pages if necessary. Refer to the ‘Pagination’ section of this document for the details.
*   Add the PDF of transcriptions to the end of the “CMO1-I-11a\_Transcription” and save.
*   Finally, convert the file to PDF/A-2b, following the steps in the [relevant file](https://projects.academiccloud.de/api/v3/attachments/49813/content) and save it under the relevant folder, to be able to differentiate it from the regular PDF version.
