  • Open the example Word document and replace the content with your own.
  • Refer to the ‘Pagination’ section of this document for the details.
  • Save the file and name it following the example structure: “Preface_List of abbreviations_CMO1-I-11b_Commentary”.
  • Convert the file to PDF and close it.
  • Add the file to the end of the PDF you titled “CMO1-I-11b_Commentary” and save.
